200-mA nanopower LDO linear regulator featuring 200-nA quiescent current and fast transient response. This fixed output voltage regulator provides 1.85V nominal output with a maximum output current of 0.2A. Operating across a -40°C to 125°C junction temperature range, it accepts input voltages from 2.35V to 6V. The 4-terminal device utilizes a 3mm x 3mm S-PDSO-N4 package, offering excellent line and load regulation with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.45V.
