1.25V fixed output voltage reference, featuring a low 3.9µA quiescent current and 30-ppm/°C temperature drift. This semiconductor component offers a 0.15% initial tolerance and supports a maximum output current of 5mA. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it accepts input voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V. Available in SOT-23 and SC70 packages, this RoHS compliant device is supplied on tape and reel.
