The REF3433TIDBVR is a low-temperature-drift (6 ppm/°C), low-power, high-precision CMOS series voltage reference. It features a high initial accuracy of ±0.05% and low operating current with power consumption under 95 µA. The device offers low output noise (3.8 µVp-p/V), making it ideal for maintaining high signal integrity in noise-critical systems such as high-resolution data converters. This 'T' variant is provided in a small 6-pin SOT-23 package and does not include an enable pin (pin 3 is No Connect).
