Full-duplex, single-channel RS-232 line driver/receiver with a 1Mbps data rate. Features +/-15kV IEC-ESD protection and operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage. This surface-mount component, housed in a 16-TSSOP package, offers a 13.2V output voltage and a propagation delay of 150ns. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
