
Single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver for RS-422/RS-485 interfaces. Features a 250Kbps data rate and operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage, with a typical 3.3V operating voltage and 950uA supply current. This half-duplex transceiver supports one driver and one receiver, housed in a compact 8-pin SOIC package (5mm L x 4mm W x 1.5mm H). Operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant.
