High-speed LVDS receiver IC supporting a 400Mbps data rate. Features four differential LVDS receiver channels, operating from a 3V to 3.6V supply with a typical 3.3V operating voltage. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC package for surface mounting, this component offers a 6ns propagation delay and 6ns turn-on delay. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant.
