This CMOS logic IC supports bidirectional data flow at up to 320Mbps with a propagation delay of 2.5ns. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it accepts supply voltages from 1.2V to 3.6V. The surface-mount TSSOP package offers 8 bidirectional channels with non-inverting, 3-state outputs capable of sourcing or sinking 12mA.
