12-channel, 24-bit CMOS bus switch featuring multiplexer and demultiplexer logic functions. This single-element, SPDT device offers a 200MHz bandwidth and a fast 0.25ns propagation delay. Designed for surface mounting, it operates from a 2.3V to 3.6V supply, with low quiescent current of 10uA. The non-inverting, lead-free component is packaged in a 56-pin TVSOP for tape and reel distribution.
