
Quad /S-/R latches, a type of flip-flop, offer four independent circuits for digital signal storage. Featuring a 27ns propagation delay and 12ns turn-on delay, these surface-mount devices operate with a 5V supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V). The SOP package provides 8mA low-level output current and -400uA high-level output current, with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.
