Dual 4-bit decade counters featuring negative edge clock triggering and asynchronous reset. These surface-mount logic ICs operate from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, supporting frequencies up to 35MHz. Each of the two 4-bit counter elements offers unidirectional up-counting functionality. Packaged in a 16-SOIC case, these RoHS compliant components are designed for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
