
Dual 4-bit binary up counters featuring negative edge clock triggering and asynchronous reset. Operating from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, these bipolar logic ICs offer a maximum operating frequency of 35MHz and a propagation delay of 60ns. Each unit contains two independent 4-bit counters, housed in a 14-PDIP through-hole package. Maximum output current is 8mA, with a nominal supply current of 38mA.
