Dual 4-bit binary counters, operating on a negative clock edge trigger, are designed for unidirectional up-counting. These CMOS logic ICs feature asynchronous reset and a maximum operating frequency of 150MHz. Housed in a 14-TSSOP surface mount package, they operate within a supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Propagation and turn-on delay times are 32ns.
