16-bit dual-supply bus transceiver featuring configurable level-shifting and voltage translation. This bidirectional transceiver offers 3-state outputs, supporting 16 channels with 16 inputs. Operating from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply range, it delivers 32mA output current. The device is surface mountable in a TFSOP package, with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. CMOS technology ensures low quiescent current of 20uA.
