
Octal transparent D-type latch featuring 8 bits and 8 non-inverting channels. This CMOS logic IC offers 3-state outputs with a maximum output current of 24mA (both high and low). Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.65V to 3.6V. The through-hole mounted PDIP package provides 6.9ns propagation delay and 2ns turn-on delay.
