Full-duplex, multichannel RS-232 line driver/receiver with +/-15kV ESD protection. Features 2 drivers and 2 receivers, operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply with a 5V nominal voltage. Supports data rates up to 1Mbps with a 150ns propagation delay and 500mV receiver hysteresis. Surface mountable in a 20-TSSOP package, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component offers 35mA output current and operates between 0°C and 70°C.
