10-bit, single-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) operating at a 30 MSPS sampling rate. Features integral programmable digital clamp and gain, out-of-range indication, and power-down mode. Offers a 2 LSB integral nonlinearity and a 53dB signal-to-noise ratio. This device supports a parallel interface and operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage. Packaged in a 28-TSSOP, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
