This single-channel, single-ended input device offers a 10-bit resolution with an integral nonlinearity of 2 LSB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 53 dB. Operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a nominal 30.6mA current and dissipates a maximum of 160mW. The ADC utilizes a parallel interface and is housed in a 28-TSSOP package, suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
