High-performance single-channel audio amplifier IC featuring a 420MHz -3dB bandwidth and 1.75GHz gain bandwidth product. Delivers 120mA output current per channel with a rapid 6500V/µs slew rate and 40ns settling time. Operates from a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 32V, with a typical supply current of 6.6mA. Offers excellent signal integrity with 62dB common mode rejection ratio and 65dB power supply rejection ratio. Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP with PowerPAD for enhanced thermal performance, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
