High-speed, low-distortion current feedback amplifier with a 1.8GHz -3dB bandwidth and gain bandwidth product. Features a 6700V/µs slew rate and 20ns settling time, operating from a dual supply voltage range of 3.3V to 7.5V or a single supply up to 15V. This single-channel amplifier offers 115mA output current per channel and a PSRR of 60dB, housed in a lead-free HVSSOP package. Suitable for demanding applications with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
