Fully differential CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 100MHz gain bandwidth product and 55V/µs slew rate. This single-channel amplifier offers a 100MHz -3dB bandwidth and 66dB voltage gain, operating from dual supply voltages between 1.5V and 1.75V, or single supply from 3V to 3.5V. With a low input bias current of 1.2pA and high input resistance of 820MΩ, it achieves 64dB common mode rejection ratio and 68dB power supply rejection ratio. The amplifier is housed in a VSSOP package, is RoHS compliant, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
