Single, low-distortion, high-speed operational amplifier featuring a 230MHz -3dB bandwidth and 120MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount device operates from a 1.35V to 7.5V dual supply or 2.7V to 15V single supply, delivering 100mA output current per channel. With a 550V/µs slew rate and 100dB voltage gain, it offers excellent performance characteristics including a 74dB CMRR and 62dB PSRR. The amplifier is housed in an 8-pin HVSSOP package, is RoHS compliant, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
