Fully differential operational amplifier featuring a 145MHz -3dB bandwidth and 490V/µs slew rate. This single-channel amplifier offers rail-to-rail output, a 95MHz gain bandwidth product, and operates from 1.5V to 5.5V dual supply or 2.5V to 5.5V single supply. With 80dB CMRR and PSRR, it provides excellent signal integrity. The component is supplied in an 8-pin MSOP package, suitable for surface mount applications, and operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
