Dual operational amplifier featuring a 1MHz unity gain bandwidth and 3.5V/µs nominal slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a minimum voltage gain of 4000 and a nominal common-mode reject ratio of 86. Designed for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, up to ±18V limits, and a maximum supply current of 0.5mA. The component is housed in a 20-terminal ceramic LCC-20 package (JEDEC S-CQCC-N20) and meets MIL-STD-883 screening.
