
The TL7705BIDR is a general purpose watchdog timer IC from Texas Instruments, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It monitors a single voltage and has a reset threshold voltage of 4.55V. The device is available in a SOP8 package and is RoHS compliant. It draws a maximum supply current of 3.5mA and has a quiescent current of 1.8mA. The watchdog timer is not implemented in this device.
