Operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply with a nominal supply current of 3mA and a maximum power dissipation of 15mW. This unipolar ADC offers a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 84dB and is housed in an 8-SOIC package, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
