This unipolar voltage output DAC offers 1LSB integral nonlinearity and 0.5LSB differential nonlinearity, with a full-scale error of 3LSB. Operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply with a typical power consumption of 1.75mW. Interface is SPI compatible, and the component includes a power-on reset function. Packaged in an 8-PDIP for through-hole termination, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
