The TLC59108 is an I2C bus controlled 8-bit LED driver optimized for red/green/blue/amber (RGBA) color mixing and backlight applications. Each LED output has its own 8-bit resolution (256 steps) fixed-frequency individual PWM controller operating at 97 kHz. It features a programmable group PWM controller for dimming or blinking all LEDs together. The device supports a constant output current range from 10mA to 120mA, adjusted via an external resistor, and is 17-V tolerant on its open-drain outputs.
