48-Channel, 16-Bit PWM LED Driver with Dot Correction and Global Brightness Control
The TLC5955 is a 48-channel, constant-current sink LED driver. Each channel has individually-adjustable, 16-bit pulse width modulation (PWM) grayscale control with 65,536 steps and 7-bit dot correction (DC) with 128 steps. It includes a 128-step global brightness control (BC) and 3-bit maximum current (MC) control for each color group (R, G, B). The device features integrated LED open detection (LOD) and LED short detection (LSD) with a serial interface for data accessibility.
