The TLC69602 is a 16-channel constant current sink LED driver designed for LCD local dimming backlights. It supports 2/4/8 time-multiplexing control when paired with a scan MOSFET controller. Each channel provides a maximum output current of 30mA and can withstand up to 20V. The device features highly precise current sinks with ±2% device-to-device and channel-to-channel error. It includes flexible dimming via PWM or hybrid control modes with up to 15-bit resolution and a high-speed daisy chain interface supporting data rates up to 20MHz.
