The TLC69627-Q1 is a highly integrated 48-channel constant current sink LED driver designed for automotive display backlighting. It features 16-bit individual pixel-level PWM control and 7-bit dot correction for peak current adjustment. The device includes adaptive headroom voltage control (AHVC) to optimize power efficiency and supports high-speed SPI communication with data rates up to 17Mbps. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive environments and includes extensive diagnostics for LED open/short circuits and device thermal protection.
