Automotive 48-Channel 60mA LED Driver with 16-bit PWM and Integrated Oscillator
The TLC69658-Q1 is a highly integrated 48-channel constant current sink LED driver designed for automotive display applications. It features 16-bit individual pixel-level PWM dimming and 7-bit analog dot correction for peak current control. The device includes an integrated 33MHz oscillator to support high refresh rates (up to 20kHz) and uses a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for high-speed data communication up to 17Mbps. It is equipped with advanced diagnostics for LED open/short detection, thermal shutdown, and functional safety features compatible with ASIL B requirements.
