The TLC6983 is a highly integrated common cathode matrix LED display driver with 48 constant current sources and 16 scanning FETs. It features a built-in SRAM, supports up to 1:32 multiplexing, and uses a high-speed Continuous Clock Series Interface (CCSI) with dual-edge transmission. The device is designed for narrow pixel pitch (NPP) LED displays, mini-LED, and micro-LED products, offering low power consumption with independent VCC and VR/G/B power supplies.
