Single micropower operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. This general-purpose amplifier offers a 220kHz bandwidth and 1mV input offset voltage. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, it consumes a low 23µA operating supply current. The 8-SOIC package provides a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and a 0.11V/µs slew rate, suitable for applications within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
