Single, micropower operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output. This general-purpose op amp offers a 220kHz gain bandwidth product and a 0.11V/µs slew rate. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V to a maximum of 3V, or a single supply of 2.7V to 6V, it draws a low 23µA operating supply current. The SOT-23-6 package houses a single circuit with 10mA output current per channel and a 103dB voltage gain. With a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 5nA input bias current, it operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
