A quad CMOS operational amplifier, featuring rail-to-rail output, delivers a high 10.5 V/µs slew rate and a 5.1 MHz gain bandwidth product. Designed for 2.5 V to 5.5 V operation, it consumes a low 1 mA supply current per channel, supporting portable designs and A/D converter interfaces. Key electrical characteristics include a typical 360 µV input offset voltage, 2 pA input bias current, and an excellent 96 dB common mode rejection ratio. With 40 mA output current per channel and a low 0.005% total harmonic distortion plus noise, it maintains performance across a 0°C to 70°C operating range, available in an SOIC-14 surface mount package.
