Designed for automotive temperature grades (-40°C to 125°C) with a maximum supply voltage of 7V and a typical supply current of 28µA. Includes a maximum input offset voltage of 15mV and an average bias current of 130pA. Packaged in a 5-terminal SOT-23 (R-PDSO-G5) with dimensions of 2.9mm length and 1.6mm width.
