This integrated circuit offers 1.5LSB integral nonlinearity and 1LSB differential nonlinearity, with an SPI interface for serial communication. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, it consumes a nominal 900µA and supports programmable settling time and power consumption.
