Offers 0.2 LSB differential nonlinearity and 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 57dB and SFDR of 60dB. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
