Dual-channel, fixed output, low-dropout voltage regulator offering 200-mA maximum output current per channel. Features high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and an enable function with active pulldown. Operates from a 2-V to 5.5-V input voltage range, providing stable 2.85-V nominal output with a 0.15-V typical dropout voltage. Designed for operation between -40°C and 125°C, housed in a compact 6-WSON package with 1.5-mm width and 1.5-mm length. Achieves excellent line and load regulation with maximums of 0.005% and 0.015% respectively.
