Dual-channel, 3V fixed output linear voltage regulator (LDO) with 200mA output current per channel. Features a low dropout voltage of 140mV and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). Operates from a 2V to 5.5V input voltage range, with an output voltage accuracy of 2%. Housed in a 6-WSON package, this positive polarity regulator is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. Includes an enable pin and active pulldown for enhanced control.
