The TMUX7211 is a high-performance complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switch featuring four independently selectable 1:1 single-pole, single-throw (SPST) channels. Designed for precision applications, it offers latch-up immunity, low on-resistance of 2 ohms typical, and high continuous current support up to 220mA in the TSSOP package. It supports a wide power supply range from 4.5V to 44V (single) or ±4.5V to ±22V (dual) and maintains rail-to-rail signal handling with bidirectional operation. The device is compatible with 1.8V logic thresholds and includes fail-safe logic to prevent damage when control signals are applied before the supply voltage.
