
Quad channel transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode offering ±8-kV ESD protection for high-speed interfaces. Features low 0.8-pF capacitance per channel, a 5.5-V maximum supply voltage, and 6-V minimum breakdown voltage. Designed for USB and Ethernet applications, this unidirectional TVS diode operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Packaged in a compact 6-SON (1.45mm x 1mm x 0.5mm) surface-mount device, it boasts a low 1-nA leakage current.
