Features a 14V clamping voltage and 6V minimum breakdown voltage, suitable for LVDS, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, PCIe, and SATA interfaces. Offers a 5.5V operating and reverse standoff voltage with a low 10nA leakage current. Designed for surface mount with a 40W peak pulse power rating and 2.5A peak pulse current capability. Operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
