This surface-mount device is housed in a 20-pin HTSSOP package, measuring 6.5mm x 4.4mm x 1.15mm, and is AEC-Q100 qualified for operation between -40°C and 125°C. Includes synchronous rectification and a low 100µA quiescent current.
