Operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers a bandwidth of 2.8MHz. Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 0.5LSB, and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) is 0.25LSB. Packaged in a 6-SC70 (SC) with dimensions of 2.15mm x 2.15mm x 1mm, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
