Surface mount power management IC featuring a single-channel, simple reset/power-on reset function. Monitors one voltage with a reset threshold range of 1.04V to 1.12V, and an overvoltage threshold of 1.12V. Operates from 750mV to 3.3V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 30uA and quiescent current of 14uA. Includes a watchdog timer and active-low reset with a 100ms timeout. Packaged in SOT-23-5 with a maximum power dissipation of 437mW and operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
