Dual-processor voltage supervisor IC featuring two monitored voltages and a watchdog timer. Operates within a 2.7V to 6V supply voltage range, with a quiescent current of 15µA and a maximum supply current of 40µA. Monitors a threshold voltage of 4.55V with an undervoltage threshold also at 4.55V. Provides active high/active low reset with a 140ms reset timeout. Housed in an 8-SOIC package (4.9mm L x 3.91mm W x 1.58mm H) with a maximum power dissipation of 725mW, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
