Adjustable battery-backup supervisor for RAM retention. Features a 1.15V threshold voltage with a range of 1.13V to 1.17V. Operates with a supply voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V and a quiescent current of 20µA. This single-channel power management IC offers active high/low reset and a 60ms reset timeout. Packaged in a 3mm x 3mm x 1.07mm VSSOP, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
