Operates from a 2V to 6V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 50µA. Provides an active-low, push-pull output with a 140ms reset timeout. Housed in an 8-pin HTSSOP EP package, this RoHS compliant component operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
