Single-channel voltage detector with 1.5% accuracy, monitoring one voltage. Features a 1.226V threshold voltage and 1.5225V overvoltage threshold. Operates from 1.3V to 6V supply voltage with a low 3µA operating supply current. Includes active-low reset with a 5.5µs reset delay and 5µs reset timeout. Packaged in SC, tape and reel, with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
